1:1 Coaching with David
You and me, on a call. You bring the questions. I bring 15+ years of coaching people in Vancouver, aged 14 to 92, and an honest “I don't know, ask your doctor” when that's the right answer.

I've spent a long time working alongside my clients' doctors and physios. They handle the medicine. I handle the part where you actually lift the thing, eat the protein and go to bed. This call is that second part, plus help getting the most out of your next appointment.
Why there's no clock on the price
I believe time is the one commodity we can never get back. So I'll be as efficient as possible and gather everything I need to help you optimize your health and longevity. Sometimes that takes 25 minutes, sometimes 55. Either way, I'll make every minute count, so you can get on with your day and get the best life you deserve.
What I share comes from 15+ years and 1,800+ people coached, ages 14 to 92, plus my own experiments. That's real experience, not a promise of what will happen to you, and it's not medical advice.
What a call can cover
Training and longevity
Strength, walking, mobility, recovery and a plan you'll still be doing in March. Built around your body, your injuries and your calendar, not mine.
Hormones and testosterone
The training, nutrition and sleep habits that matter, and the questions about your labs worth bringing to your doctor. For men who are on testosterone prescribed by their doctor, or who are thinking about asking. I work alongside your doctor, never instead of them.
Peptide education
What the common names actually are, what the rules in Canada are, and what to ask a licensed professional. Education only. See below.
Bloodwork review
We go through your results together so the words make sense and you walk into your next appointment with better questions. Your doctor interprets them. I just help you ask.
Peptide education: the plain version
People ask me about these all the time, usually because they saw a guy on the internet with very shiny abs. These are the three I get asked about most, in one line each:
- BPC-157: a synthetic peptide based on a fragment of a protein found in gastric juice; mostly studied in animals.
- KLOW: a blend sold as a combination of four peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV); not an authorized drug in Canada.
- NAD+: technically a coenzyme, not a peptide, found in every cell; often grouped with peptides because it's sold as injections and IV drips. Oral NAD+ precursor supplements (like NR or NMN) are a separate category.
None of these are authorized by Health Canada as injectable drugs. In April 2026, Health Canada warned Canadians to think twice about injecting peptides bought online (opens in a new tab), because unauthorized products can seriously harm you. Its list of examples of unauthorized injectable products it has seized names BPC-157, NAD+, and all four ingredients sold in KLOW blends (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV).
So here's what I won't do: I won't tell you to take any of them, how much, how often, or where to get them. I won't tell you they work. What I will do is help you understand what you're reading and what to ask a doctor or pharmacist.
Please read this part
- I'm a personal trainer, not a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or naturopath.
- I don't diagnose, treat, prescribe or dose anything, and I don't sell or source drugs, peptides or hormones.
- Calls are education and coaching only. Nothing on a call or on this page is medical advice.
- Testosterone is a prescription-only controlled substance in Canada. Only a licensed prescriber can decide if it's right for you.
- Keep working with your physician, and talk to them before changing anything about your health, medications or training.
- No promised results. Everybody's different, and that's not just something trainers say.

Quick answers (FAQ)
How much is a call?
$250 CAD per call, by video or phone. Most calls run 25 to 55 minutes. No packages, no subscription, no upsell. If one call is all you need, great.
Are you a doctor?
No. I'm a personal trainer. I don't diagnose, prescribe, dose, sell or source anything. I coach the training, food and sleep side, and I help you get ready to talk to your doctor.
Will you tell me which peptides to take, or how much?
No. Never. I'll explain in plain words what the common names are and what Health Canada says about them. Decisions about any drug belong with you and a licensed prescriber.
Can you read my bloodwork?
I can go through it with you so you understand the words on the page and walk into your next appointment with better questions. I don't interpret results as a diagnosis. Your doctor does that.
Do I need to be in Vancouver?
No. Calls are remote. If you're in Vancouver and want in-person training, that's TurnFit, my studio, and that's a separate conversation.
How do I book?
Tap Book a call, pay $250 plus GST through Stripe, then fill in the short intake form on this page. I'll email you within 2 business days to set a time.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your call and you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. Inside 48 hours there's no refund, but you can rebook once for a $62.50 fee. No-shows aren't refunded or rebooked. Email [email protected] to cancel or reschedule.
What happens after I send the form?
I read it myself and reply by email within 2 business days. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you, and I won't charge you to find that out.
Tell me about you
A few questions so I know if I can help. I read every one myself and reply by email.
Please don't list your medications or paste test results here. We'll go through what matters on the call.
