My honest take
These three are what I take. They're not a prescription for you. Your diet, bloodwork, medications and where you live all change the answer, so talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything, and don't copy my list.
I won't give dosing advice, and I'm not claiming any of this treats, fixes or prevents anything. Food, sleep, lifting and walking do the heavy work. Supplements are the sprinkles. The store's own product pages have their own wording and claims; those aren't mine.
Want the longer version, with the caveats? I wrote it up: Vitamin D, milk thistle and B12: the three supplements I take and why.
My notes. N=1. Not a study. Not medical advice.
